Disability Support Workers

NDIS Support Workers With A Difference

Receiving NDIS funding for a disability support worker can greatly improve a participant’s quality of life and help to promote independent living. An NDIS support worker can take on many different roles, from nurses, to gardeners, cleaners, and drivers.

At flexAbilities, we have support workers who specialise in many different areas, and take care of all rostering, timesheets, insurances, and NDIS compliance.

Types of Disability Support Services

Domestic Activities

We provide support workers to people with disabilities for assistance with daily domestic activities.  These daily activities can include cleaning, washing, ironing, grocery shopping, and more. We work with multiple service providers to ensure we get the right service for you.

Personal Care Supports

Personal care support services cover a range of tasks, from helping you shower, to getting you to medical appointments or your local gym class. All of our personal care support staff are hand picked to meet your needs, and undergo an NDIS Worker Screening Check to ensure compliance.

Overnight Support

Overnight support involves onsite or off-site, on-call assistance for help with, or supervision of any personal, daily living tasks. This support item applies to any day of the week, including public holidays.

Specialised Home Based Assistance For Child

This support item provides specialist assistance in an NDIS participant’s home, due to additional requirements of a child’s disability. It may also be used to strengthen the stability of informal supports.
